Payment Terms Rates are quoted in Euros. The first 50% payment is due by June 30th of the year prior to the reservation, with the balance due by the following January 30th. Full payment may be made at any time, at the prevailing currency exchange rate. If a reservation is made far in advance, we require a small $500 deposit to hold the week(s). I will contact you with the rate and to confirm your plans. The 50% deposit is due at that time, with the remaining 50% - less the $500 deposit, due by January of the year of your reservation. Travel Seasons Villa Maddalena is available year-round. Our busiest time is from April to the end of October. Additional Services We can coordinate special events and services for your stay: gourmet chef; cooking classes; wine tastings; hot air balloon flights; massages; music; group transporation; and specialized tours, such a truffle hunting and celebration accoutrements like flowers, cakes, decorations.
