This room was originally used to store olives waiting to be pressed, grain, apples, pears, etc. Hence the name Granaio. This room is on the southeast corner above the kitchen and overlooks the view to the south, and Mannuccio's private courtyard to the east.
This bedroom has high ceilings and a fireplace with a martomoniale bed. The fireplace is a work in progress until fall 2008, I use candles in the meantime. It uses the large bathroom that has both the large shower and the soaking tub. (If someone is using the Biblioteca bedroom this bath can be shared.)
